SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Hunt & Gather Grocer ships worldwide; Pacific Ocean,  The Indian Ocean, Atlantic Ocean.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email at 3pm AEST on the day that orders are shipped out.

 

SHIPPING DOMESTIC

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of $8 for all domestic orders. We use Australia Post Express Airmail, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Express Airmail arriving within 2-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of $20  for all international orders. We use Australia Post Express Airmail, With provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Express Airmail arrives with 8-10 business days from the date your order has been shipped.

Please note that the shipping time frames listed do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of out control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. 

 

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Express International Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur. For Express International Shipping please contact us to ASAP to discuss the Express shipping cost before processing your order. 

Signatures are required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select express international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organize an alternate address with you.


 

 INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGE

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Hunt & Gather Grocer is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout please email info@huntandgathergrocer.com.au with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office Hunt and Gather Grocer  will not be held responsible for any lost incorrectly delivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Hunt and Gather Grocer via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.

If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process (e.g, incorrect/incomplete address), Hunt and Gather Grocer reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee.

Hunt and Gather Grocer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email on confirmation of your order Another email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

*** Please note that the international shipping costs that Hunt and Gather Grocer provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by Hunt and Gather Grocer.
