RECEIVED SOMETHING DAMAGED

If something is faulty, we will meet our legal obligations providing a replacement product or refund.

You may return new items sold and fulfilled online by Hunt & Gather Grocer within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Any received after that may be denied.

Your return parcel must be posted stamped within seven days of you receiving the order.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Articles should be replaced with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork and receipt of purchase.

Once Hunt & Gather Grocer has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.  Hunt & Gather Grocer reserves the right to deny any refund if items are returned used, soiled, or damaged in any way. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

Ship the return package to the address provided in our return email to you.

All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. We require that returned items are insured during delivery (such as Australia Post 'Extra Cover') to safeguard against loss.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through the traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Hunt & Gather Grocer will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

***Please note that the international shipping costs that Hunt & Gather Grocer provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to inquire about the value of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by Hunt & Gather Grocer. For further information, please contact our customer care team at info@huntandgathergrocer.com.au.

Please allow seven business days for a refund to be processed from the date that Hunt & Gather Grocer receive the returned item. You will be informed via the email address once this transaction has been processed and Refunds or will be issued to the credit card, that the payment had initially come from.

If this will be an issue for any reason, please be aware that you must contact our customer care team at info@huntandgathergrocer.com.au before returning any items to Hunt & Gather Grocer to organize alternative arrangements. If this is not done before your return is sent back, any issues which may arise with refunds to the original account are entirely out of our control and Hunt & Gather Grocer will not be held accountable.

A Returns Sheet is provided on our website containing instructions that must be followed to receive a refund. You may also download a copy of the returns sheet.

 If you require a street address, please email info@huntandgathergrocer.com.au with this request. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Hunt & Gather Grocer.  Hunt & Gather Grocer will not issue a refund on item/s that aren't received or are lost in transit.
